Digpaks allow people to work more freely and experimental with the deisign and information in the case. It looks more professional and if printed correctly gives off an amazing finish. People prefer Digipaks because it is a variation on what has been done before - they're different. As the MP3 download wesites, such as iTunes, are growign massively, people will be more willing to buy a hardcopy of a CD that looks nice oposed to one that doesnt.
